Lone worker Alarm system

The Lone Worker consists of a small radio transmitter which is clipped to a persons belt or pocket, and a receiver conected to a on site warning system. If you are in difficulty you can press two buttons located on either side of the fob simultaneously, this will send a panic signal to the receiver which will operate an alarm. The alarm could be in the form of a Sounder, Autodialler, Pager, or any other suitable means of summoning assistance.

Should you be unable to operate the transmitter buttons then a tilt switch is fitted that will cause a signal to be sent out automatically  if the transmitter is moved by more than 45 degrees from the vertical for more that 24 seconds.

Comes with Panic Buttons as Standard

The purpose of the delay being to enable you to go about your normal work without causing false alarms . In practice, when the transmitter is tilted then an internal timer runs for 12  seconds (silently) and then it will operate a small buzzer for a further 12 seconds before the signal is sent.

While the buzzer is sounding you can restore yourself to the upright position or push a cancel button, and in either instance it will immediately reset the transmitter

The proprietor of a site can have several transmitters all working through to the same receiver, so occasional unaccompanied visitors can be provided with a unit for the duration of their stay.
